A man who allegedly returned a positive breath test after hitting seven children on the footpath is in police custody at Castle Hill police station. Four of those children, three of whom are related, died, while a fifth child was taken to The Childrens Hospital at Westmead in a critical condition. The scene at Oatlands on Saturday night where four children were killed and a fifth was left in a critical condition.
