Food was OK. The massage in itself was quite good. It was quite tough, but in a good way. The price was very reasonable. My masseuse was flirty and there was no doubt that a "happy ending" was possible, so it felt a bit awkward and inappropriate. Do not come here expecting thai food as the flavours are not authentic nor do they resemble anything remotely thai. The restaurant itself is beautifully appointed with exotic Thai furniture and ornaments with Thai waitresses but surprisingly, the food does not match up to even the most basic thai cuisine.
Such a shame as this is the only Thai restaurant in the region of Zadar. The fish fillets were watery in texture??? If the last bit confused you a bit, try it and you will hastily agree with me. The only consolations are the beautiful interior decoration and Nom, the diligent waitress from South Thailand. Just skip this place and enjoy the fresh fish fare of Zadar.
Sorry folks for being so scathing but I was extremely disappointed with the Pearl of Siam. We were here first on massage than on dinner and both was perfect We can recommend to all this place If we come again in Zadar we wil for sure come back here. Great Thai food and great service! They speak enough English for you to order and they do have an English menu to use anyway. The people are very nice and you feel like you're eating in someone's home.
Prices were fair and portion sizes were perfect. The food was so good I could have had a second helping. The staff and owners were lovely and I would say the best service I have received in a restaurant..
