Contact Admin. I have stayed in Sofitel two times while doing business in Wroclaw. The hotel is situated in the Old Town which is of course an advantage but the views from rooms are not very special. Some of the rooms do not even have proper windows but only windows facing atrium which means there is no any view from the room and the amount of daylight is limited.
Staff is friendly and helpfull which is in my opinion standard in Polish hotels. Breakfast is excellent both in terms of variety and quality. Bedding is so good that the hotel offers you possibility to buy a set for yourself: Very good hotel but I prefer to stay in 4star competitor of Sofitel not only becouse of the rates The hotel is ideally located next to the main square, Town Hall, and St. Elizabeth's church where you can get a great view of Wroclaw from the top of the tower and within walking distance of many other tourist sites.
But the most impressive aspect of our stay was the helpfulness of the hotel staff. We don't speak Polish, but they were always willing to help us with whatever we needed. One of the gentleman at the front desk, whose name, unfortunately, I did not get, even took the time to help me find out how far it was to a village where some of my relatives once lived. And he later helped me correct a booking problem that could have left me without a flight back home.
At one point, he even connected me to Lufthansa in the USA, after we discovered that their local office was closed for the day my flight was the following day. I know some reviewers have put that the hotel is a bit worn - we didn't find this but maybe as we'd paid to upgrade.
Our room was fantastic with a side view of the square. We'd also booked breakfast which was well worth doing. Not your usual rush for breakfast. The 3 mornings we went it was very quiet.
