Arrived late at night and was approached twice by sex workers roaming outside the hotel on my way from the parking area to the reception. Found this very strange as Al Ain is a rather conservative city. Is the hotel management aware? Other than that, an ok hotel with a good breakfast buffet which has a lot on offer - the only thing I missed was tomato juice!

This incident has been shared with our security manager who will take the necessarily escalating actions to prevent from it's re-occurrence again in future. Rest assure you that, our guest's safety and security is always remain our top priority. On a lighter note, I am delighted that you enjoyed your breakfast with us and the buffet selection was up to your satisfaction, as this is what we strive to achieve at all times.

Your Rooms are terrible, they are Ex Soviet Reject junk, why on earth you show photos on your web site that have absolutely nothing to do with reality I don't understand, well I do understand, basically you are lying, AC is terribly noisy, Extractor fans even worse, absolutely shambolic rooms, the bathroom terrible and 2 star rate, the whole room is at best a 3 star room for the price of a 5 star.
